No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The prize is non-transferrable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Construction labor is available only for properties located in Erie County, Pennsylvania. The property must be owned by the participant or a member of their household, with a legal homeowner listed on the deed signing the remodel contract. Renters or non-owners are not eligible. Labor services are subject to the standard terms and conditions of Andrea’s Interior Design Gallery. If the project scope or site conditions make labor impractical, the prize may be applied to materials only. The prize must be used for a single kitchen or bathroom remodel under one contract, which must be signed within two years of the winner being announced, or the prize will be forfeited.

The Sweepstakes is open only to the following individuals (each, an “Eligible Participant”):

Individual legal residents of, and physically located within, the United States or Canada, and who are 18 (except 19 in Alabama and Nebraska and 21 in Mississippi) years of age as of the date of entry or of legal age of majority or older in their country of residence.

Any participation by any ineligible person(s) will be void.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All the directors, officers, employees and agents of Sponsor, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, agents, website administrators, advertising and Contest agencies, and any immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

All international, federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

Participants are responsible for reviewing specific restrictions on sweepstakes entry and/or eligibility to receive a sweepstakes prize in their country of residence. Some countries may allow you to enter a sweepstakes but not allow you to receive a prize.
